Employment opportunities abound here. Transport is easy and convenient with some terminals for provincial buses plying in Luzon stationed here. Reputable educational institutions are within the vicinity like Stella Maris College, Immaculate Heart of Mary College, National College of Business and the Arts, Asian College of Science and Technology, Roosevelt College Cubao and Technological Institute of the Philippines. Just a few minutes drive away are Ateneo de Manila University and Miriam College, too.  For medical care, there’s an offsite branch of The Medical City in Ali Mall as well as nearby hospitals include World Citi Medical Center, PNP General Hospital and Quirino Memorial Medical Center.
